Shipping & delivery

I deliver to the countries that can be selected at checkout.

Delivery time: usually 7–12 business days after payment.
Shipping: items are shipped directly by my logistics partner, partly from warehouses in China. An order may therefore arrive in several parcels.
Shipping costs: shown at checkout before you complete your order.
Customs & import: as the goods come from abroad, import duties, customs fees and carrier charges may apply, including for deliveries to Switzerland. These are your responsibility.
Tracking: as soon as your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number by email.
